Membership details and objectives
The Friends of Walton Firs has been set up with the objective of raising funds for the future development of the Walton Firs Activity Centre and to keep supporters and donors informed of progress.
All those who have taken an interest in the purchase of the site have been included as initial members and receive the Friends of Walton Firs newsletter.
- Membership of the Friends of Walton Firs runs annually from 1st July of each year.
- The basic annual Friends of Walton Firs membership cost is a minimum of £20.
- Life membership of the Friends of Walton Firs costs a minimum of £200.
As a registered charity completing a Gift Aid form enables Walton Firs Foundation to recover the tax paid on your donation.
There are several types of Friends of Walton Firs and we really appreciate every single donation, no matter how large or how small:
- Magic Circle Donor Member (Friends of Walton Firs who have raised at least £50,000)
- Founder Donor Members (Scout Districts donating at least £20,000 towards the purchase of Walton Firs)
- Life Donor Members (those donating at least £5,000 to Walton Firs)
- The Warden’s Donor Members (those donating at least £1,000 to Walton Firs)
- Life Members (those donating at least £200 to Walton Firs)
- Friends of Walton Firs (those paying a minimum annual subscription of £20)
