Directors
The Directors are appointed by Walton Firs Foundation to act as Directors and Trustees, to develop and maintain the Activity Centre at Walton Firs, Cobham, Surrey.
The Directors of Walton Firs Foundation are appointed for a three year term on a three year rotating basis. At each Annual General Meeting one third of the Directors, or if their number is not three or a multiple of three, the number nearest to the one third, retire from office and are generally proposed for reappointment.
