Thank you to everyone who attended the Wild Weekend this year and helped to make it such a great event

The most popular activity this year was the High Ropes which saw people conquering the Gladiator Climb and beating fears on the Leap of Faith!

Walton Firs Activity Centre's 'Wild Weekend' event is only days away now!

On Saturday 16th August between 10am and 4pm, we'll be delivering a fun-filled day of adventurous activities for children aged 7 and above. This year we have also provided extra activity bases for those under 7 so please check out the full list below. For the parents, we'll have refreshments and barbecue food on sale throughout the day!

Adventure Activities - ages 7 and up

Take on some of our best adventurous activities and go beat your fear of heights, darkness or test your hand at some target sports.

These are great challenges for all ages 7 and above, especially parents!

Suitable clothing, especially close toed footwear is required. More Info

Skill Activities - All ages

These activities will test your skills and gives you a chance to set your own challenge. Test out your speed on an obstacle course or have a little game of basketball while bouncing on a trampoline!

These activities are monitored by staff, but require participants to be supervised by responsible adults. More Info

Situated on the main camping field, this space is filled with activities for all ages.

Warm up your throwing arm as you aim for plates and cups, settle down for a coffee while making some dreamcatchers and stick bugs or burn off some energy on some inflatables.

Toddler Bouncy Castle / Soft Play

Altitude Events

We are very grateful again to be supported by the amazing team at Altitude Events. They will be bringing their ever popular Lazer Tag and Strike A Light just like last year.

This year we have the addition of a Mini Golf Course, so head on down to the main field and check out the activities on offer.

Suz Sunshine Facepainting

This year we are very pleased to have Suz Sunshine with us to provide all your facepainting needs. Head on over to the Richards Barn to see what magic can be created....

Suz Sunshine will only be available until 12.30pm and it is recommended that you go and check out the Climbing and High Ropes activities first so that our helmets dont mess up the amazing art work.

Really Awesome Coffee

It is great to see that the guys at Really Awesome Coffee will back for another year at Wild Weekend to serve drinks and keep parents fueled for the day.

There will be some items available from our tuck shop in the Welcome Barn but for all your hot drink needs, check out the RAC truck in the middle of the site.
