After many months of being stuck at home, if you're anything like us, you'll be aching to experience life in the great outdoors again. And there's no better way to do this, than in Walton Firs Activity Centre's new woodland camping pods!
From Saturday 1st August 2020, we will be offering limited access to our pod villages, with household-sharing 'bubble groups' being able to hire an individual pod, and larger groups of up to thirty people from different households being able to hire a pod village, subject to our 'COVID-19 Secure' social distancing and group separation procedures being agreed.
Each participant aged 7 and over will pay £12 per overnight stay, with younger age children attending free of charge. The price will provide access to outdoor food preparation and dining areas, and pre-cleansed toilet and shower facilities. If you would like to add a range of exciting outdoor activity sessions to your itinerary, these can be booked separately at additional cost.
Please note that all adults aged 18 and over will be required to demonstrate that they hold a current DBS Certificate before their booking will be accepted. This requirement is in place to ensure that all children staying on at Walton Firs Activity Centre are doing so in an appropriately safeguarded environment.
We'll supply you and your group with facemasks, gloves, and hand sanitising liquid for your use while you are with us. We also sell chocolates, cans of pop, and gifts in our on-site shop.
