How to book

Step 1 - Check availability

To Check availability please use any of these methods:

• Complete our enquiry form
• Phone us on 01932 863243
• E-mail us at info@waltonfirs.co.uk
• Come in for a chat with reception staff who will be happy to help

A provisional booking will then be made.

Step 2 - Complete a booking form

 Download our booking form and return to one of our team within 14 days.

Step 3 - Make a deposit payment

When you have received e-mail availability of booking, you then need to make a deposit payment of 25%, within 14 days.

(please note birthday parties require full payment)

HOW TO PAY?

Step 4 - Your booking is confirmed

Once your deposit has been received, you will then receive a booking confirmation, along with any other documents you may need during your stay. 

Step 5 - Understanding the T&Cs

Step 6 - Make the final payment

A final invoice will be issued at the end of your stay including any adjustments . Please make the final payment.
