Instructed activities

Our qualified instructors are on hand to lead children and young people through a series of popular sports. These activities are 60 minutes long and usually start on the hour in the mornings and at half past the hour in the afternoons – but all times are flexible and can be changed to accommodate our visitors.

Group leaders can remain at a central point throughout the activity and do not have to take part. They can also lead sessions themselves if they hold the appropriate qualifications. Bookings for instructed activities should be made prior to your group's arrival to ensure instructors' availability. All necessary equipment is provided.

Each instructed activity can take a maximum of 12 participants.
